So far, Serato is a fluke!

I have had Serato for a couple of years. I lost money on gigs due to Serato malfunctioning, stumbling and stuttering on me! I have e-mailed Serato to fix this problem for good and got no answers! I have given Serato an ultimatum to fix their hiccups once and for all or I will report them as disreputable!

SO BUGGY!!

Never in my life have I encountered something with so many technical issues and random bugs that constantly require trouble shooting. Very hard to find the answers online as each bug is just so random. Customer support are not helpful at all. Take 5 days to respond to each email with no advice offered each time. When it works it ie great dont get me wrong, but it is so so unreliable.
